Interesting. I am not aware of any relevant changes happening to Dolphin code
or context menu triggering since 23.08, so this might be a Qt6 or KF6
regression. It probably needs profiling either way though to

Tested Dolphin 23.08.4 on a live usb of neon stable edition, the context menu
takes 1 second to open.
On Arch Linux running Dolphin 24.01.95-1 the delay is 3 seconds. Tested with
the same files on both systems.
