I see now that you submitted the bug that you can not move windows to other
activities as well.
I'm thinking this might be connected, and that it is most likely a distribution
issue.

Just to clarify, I originally used a different activity switcher (the one
exposed when pressing Win+Tab). I don't see a "stopped activities" section in
either of those, though.

When you open the activity switcher - win+q - does it get shown in the 'stopped
activities' section?
