SUMMARY
Opening new files through dolphin does not raise an already opened kate window
an wayland
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file in kate
2. Minimize kate
3. Open another file though dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing (appears) to happen. When checking kate the files has opened in the
background
EXPECTED RESULT
Is raised to the front and un-minimized to present the opened file
