SUMMARY
"Recent Documents" often becomes empty for some reason. I never use "Clear
List".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file. It becomes added to the Recent File list, for now.
2. Wait. Maybe an update happens? A reboot?
3. Check Recent Documents

OBSERVED RESULT
Recent Documents is empty

EXPECTED RESULT
That file should remain in Recent Documents indefinitely. Or at least longer
than a week.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.8.4
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
"Keep history:" is set to Forever in System Settings > Recent Files, and
"Remember opened documents" is set to "For all applications"
