I confirm that changing QHostAddress::Any to QHostAddress::AnyIPv4 in
core/backends/lan/lanlinkprovider.cpp and
core/backends/lan/compositeuploadjob.cpp does fix the issue - kdeconnectd
successfully binds to IPv4 UDP
