Jesse, thanks for the clarification! I suspect that this requires either
special support for the titler itself, or a universal filter/effect for motion
blur.

Wegwerf, no sir, the playback is fine in these tests. Rather, the issue is that
there is no motion blur quality similar to what we see in film when motion is
inherent with 24fps, 48hz shutter speed,

I was just testing the latest master git build of kdenlive 16.07.70... and...
