SUMMARY
Adding "Blur" effect with no keyframes, with "Gaussian" type blur and "Edge"
enabled, creates artifacts at the bottom lines of the video.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a video
2. Assign "Blur" ("Image adjust" group) effect with this properties:
Amount -> 554
Type -> Gaussian
Edge -> Enabled
3. Play or render the video
OBSERVED RESULT
Only at the bottom of the video appears some horizontal lines (video width)
with garbage content.
EXPECTED RESULT
To not show mentioned lines
