With Kdenlive 24.02 macOS ARM/M1 support is definitely implemented. I think we

It is possible now to build Kdenlive on macOS ARM by using KDE Craft. We also
added CD jobs to https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive However those do
not sign the *.dmg yet. We are waiting for that before we
