Bug ID: 472781 Summary: Kdenlive 23.11.70 crashed all 2minutes? Classification: Applications Product: kdenlive Version: unspecified Platform: Mint (Ubuntu based) OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: volker.h...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. My KDENLIVE 23.11.70 crash all the time - cutting is near impossible, render crashed at >95% with 16GB Ram. 2. If I render a file that is bigger then 40minutes then it crash at >95% of rendering. 3. If I copy my cut Video to my other Computer Ryzen7 32GB Ram then it can't load my cut Video into the Kdenlive 22.4.3 maybe the cutting file is incompatible. But then I can cut it again and render it without a crash with 22.4.3 - But why is it incompatible and I can't copy it to a other HDD drive? OBSERVED RESULT 1st Ryzen5 16GB computer crashed all 2minutes and can't render but if I copied it to Ryzen7 32GB then the cut file is incompatible? EXPECTED RESULT cutting the Video on Ryzen5 16GB and then render it on Ryzen7 32GB - why is it incompatible? or others why I can not render a bigger file then ca. 40min on my Ryzen5 16GB?
