Gentoo, frameworks-5.23.0, plasma-5.6.95
It seems that after first logging into plasma, clicking on the applet pops up a
systemmonitor window. Later (not sure if it is time, or clicks, or what causes
this), this no longer happens. If I click on it, no systemmonitor starts.
