On Neon unstable, keyboard indicator works as expected with caps lock key.
But status of num lock is still not indicated.

The current state, at least for me, is caps lock indicator doesn't work at all
and keyboard layout indicator shows only keyboard icon, not a name of language
like on Xorg.
