You can use Konsole's variables which make this much easier
Example:
printenv | grep KONSOLE
KONSOLE_DBUS_SERVICE=:1.405
KONSOLE_DBUS_SESSION=/Sessions/1
KONSOLE_DBUS_WINDOW=/Windows/1
