When selecting an already existing layer (no new layer), the selected layer
unlocks itself. The unlock-button next to the layer name (as seen in the
various tutorials) is not present, as well as the other small buttons in the
layer toolbox.
The layer-unlock function might just be hidden or in another place than in v2,
respectively, and I just can't find it.
However, I couldn't figure it out by myself...
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new project in default settings
2. add layer, work on it, then add new layer, continue until at least three
layers with drawings
3. choose "older" layer from the newes one
Actual Results:
sometimes the newly chosen older layer locks itself
Expected Results:
it shouldn't lock itself
