SUMMARY
On non HDR systems the HDR Settings tab under the display section in the
configure Krita dialog is empty. If the system does not support HDR then there
must be either 

1) settings greyed out 
or
2) A message saying that there is no HDR support for the device.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open krita on Non HDR system and go to Configure Krita > Display > HDR
settings
