SUMMARY
Modifying a brush then overwrite its changes will always somehow broke the
brush.
Doing a "Delete Backup Files" in the resource window will also delete any brush
that has been modified once.
(Other Issue)Modifying a brush will also break the brush's assigned tag.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pick any brush preset.
2. change its properties
3. Overwrite Brush
4. Go to Setting > Manage Resource > select "Delete Backup Files"
5. Restart Krita
OBSERVED RESULT
6. That brush preset is now forever gone.
EXPECTED RESULT
7. Not Gone.
