SUMMARY
KRunner appears when Win+Space pressed, even when not configured. In fact, I
have set all KRunner shortcuts to None, and it still appears on Win + Space.
Win + Space is a frequently used shortcut to change language on multilanguage
Windows machines (There are only three options to choose from). This behaviour
of KRunner prevents using the shortcut to change languages and having
consistent behaviour between Windows and KDE for people that switch often.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable all shortcuts for KRunner
2. Press Win + Space
OBSERVED RESULT
KRunner appears
EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing should happen. If shortcut is assigned to ketyboard layout switching,
it should happen.
