Bug ID: 386887 Summary: Kwallet should more clearly identify the program asking for access Product: kwalletmanager Version: 17.08 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: va...@kde.org Reporter: kdeb...@plast.id.au Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 108851 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=108851&action=edit Screenshot of -m in kwalletmanager I just upgraded kwallet in Arch Linux from 5.39.0-1 -> 5.40.0-1. I was then asked if "-m" could access kwallet. This sounded suspicious, but it was just kwallet failing to correctly identify/parse the following command clearly. python -m keyring get mbsync foo@bar In the past, I think it listed this as "Python program", which was better, but could still be clearer. https://i.imgur.com/BrP3VNa.png -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
