I have a setup with 2 monitors. If I login the splash screen shows up on both
of them. After a few seconds the one on the primary monitor just stalls, while
the secondary monitor continues and finally disappears, showing the started
programs. I have to call "kwin_x11 --replace" to get the first monitor in a
working state.
