I just upgraded openSuse 13.2 -> leap 42.2 and start to use plasma5
What I found is that sometimes in my konsole window the buttons in the
window title bar just get black and stay this way, regardless if the window is
active or inactive, whether I resize, minimze, restore the konsole window.
See attached screenshot. The top right area is from the konsole window, the
normally displayed buttons are from the konqueror window
