No it doesn't.
Interesting enough, today I started to eliminate everything more or less
related to the issue and when I removed Conky, out of sudden Latte started to
launch properly and I wasn't able to

When the issue appears if you move your dock at the left edge and back to
bottom, is it fixed?

I think this has something to do with Kwin effects, because the first instance
of Latte started during Plasma

1. When logging in and Plasma starts, Latte starts broken as shown on the
screenshot. When I restart it then with latte-dock -r, it *sometimes* has
correct size, sometimes don't.

Sorry, I meant there's no way I know of to ensure that it will work. Sometimes
it helps, sometimes it doesn't. I have no clue what's the reason.
