https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=380296 --- Comment #1 from Andrius Štikonas --- Strange, I can't reproduce it (I have USB stick). Even though as you say it looks wrong to do these steps they worked. Applying after reinserting my USB I clicked Apply and it created new
