After resuming from sleep, i.e. the laptop was closed, the network manager does
not reconnect automatically but asks again for the WIFI password.
However, it is not needed to enter it again as is still enough to select the
relevant network in the network manager to reconnect.
(Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS, 4.17.13 mainline kernel, iwlwifi driver)
