Despite having the correct /etc/localetime timezone set and console and even
the adjust time and date configuration dialog show me the correct time the
panels clock doesn't.
Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
Correct time in digital clock

Later I tried adding the analog clock which also shows the correct time.
