when m_activityController->serviceStatus() != KActivities::Controller::Running
kactivities is *NOT* running, then default shell plugin can *NOT* be loaded,
the total DesktopView and PanelView is blank!
PS: /usr/bin/plasmashell --help segfault!
workaround just comment the check for kactivities's serviceStatus.
