Yes, I can reproduce the issue. If for instance I press ALT+F, the file menu is
activated simultaneously in both the global menu and the hamburger menu.

In fact, the ALT shortcut in the kwin button is quite tricky, as one needs to
press ALT+letter without visual feedback. To be functional, ALT should open the
kwin menu button, otherwise how is the user knowing what letter
