I still see this effect. Please compare global menu applet and window appmenu
applet and then switch back and forth the focus between two different
applications. All menu entries appear at once in window appmenu but that's

I wouldn't think so, and I tested it anyways and saw no effect.
The latency I refer to occurs because menues are loaded one
