SUMMARY
Randomly app menu doesn't open. This also happen with tray and other tray items
that open popups.
This happened on beta, and now it is still happening on final version, although
it is supposed to be fixed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to use the application menu and tray items
OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes only the highlight indication is shown, but popup is not

Highlight and menu is opened
