SUMMARY
On plasma 5.27 series hovering mouse over task manager area make it stop for a
while, like skipped frames
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover the mouse normally on some task to switch or show thumbnails
OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse skip some frames and get stuck for some time
EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse movement is smooth
