Is the panel completely missing, or just stacked below another one such that it
*looks* like it's missing? You can check with the "Manage Desktop & Panels"
window accessed from the toolbar that appears at the top of

on Wayland. Another notion: the apps which I set to be auto started also
appears on laptop screen instead of my Primary external. Seems like on the
first boot Plasma does not correctly recognize
