The problem here might be in OpenVPN import. We have tls-crypt option supported
for some time, but support for it hasn't been added to the importing function.

This does work under Gnome because Krita doesn't use native file dialogs there,
which means no portal is involved. I tested it with xdg-desktop-portal-gtk

What do you mean by "connection without any stored info in NM", do you mean
creating a connection, but not saving it to NM (e.g. using

There should be package dependency on NetworkManager-openvpn package in case
plasma-nm-openvpn is installed (if you have it as a separate package, we do in
