In this case, I think the problem lies in the package itself because it should
install QtWebEngine as dependency of Konqueror. It may be that the OpenSUSE

This explains why it doesn't work. Previously, the intro page was based on
KHTML. As that became deprecated, it was decided to move it inside WebEngine,

The cause of your issue, then, is the absence of Dolphin part among the parts

It's a known issue: the reason is that the taskbar entry is wrong: it points to
