Pierre Baldensperger, S. Christian Collins, and myself have now all confirmed
that the bug is not fixed in Kwin 5.10.4.

Tested with Kwin & Plasma 5.10.4-1, Nvidia 375.66, on Nvidia GTX960.
Not fixed. Suspend and resume still corrupts text under icons.

I should add, that accordign to nvidia, wayland is supported on nvidia kepler
chipsets and up. So that's the last generation of nvidia cards, and the latest
(maxwell).
