[klipper] [Bug 378969] New: Clipboard "focus" is lost after source window is closed
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378969 Bug ID: 378969 Summary: Clipboard "focus" is lost after source window is closed Product: klipper Version: 5.9.4 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: plasma-widget Assignee: mgraess...@kde.org Reporter: pepk...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Say, I have firefox window open, If I decide to ctrl+c something from that window then it will mostly work alright. Problems start if I close firefox before pasting, most recently copied contents will not paste, context menu will be greyed out. What's more interesting is that clicking on such item in klipper does nothing, I need to select other item from list and then back to what I wanted. Tested on both Plasma X11 and Wayland. If it's a "security" feature then please consider third paragraph to be my bug report. 5.9.4 Frameworks 5.33 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[filelight] [Bug 375378] New: Filelight, main screen, all rings have same color when language is set to polish.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=375378 Bug ID: 375378 Summary: Filelight, main screen, all rings have same color when language is set to polish. Product: filelight Version: 1.21 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: martin.sandsm...@kde.org Reporter: pepk...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 103574 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=103574=edit Locale set to Polish After installing Arch on a new system I forgot to generate locale for pl_PL. Thanks to that I realised that there is a bug in filelight. When language is set to english then on main screen free and used space have different color. Guess what, in polish it's all white. Only main screen is affected. Demonstration in attachments. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdeconnect] [Bug 336043] SFTP: Should be able to browse external SD cards via SFTP too
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=336043 Piotr Kloc <pepk...@gmail.com> changed: What|Removed |Added CC||pepk...@gmail.com --- Comment #52 from Piotr Kloc <pepk...@gmail.com> --- I have similar issue with ALE-L21 (P8 Lite). I can view Internal storage, until recently I was able to also view external storage. I also can view photos stored on SD card via Camera folder, which is interesting. Currently SD shows an empty folder without write permissions. I'm not sure if it's related but I am unable to write to any Android SD card via kio mtp file managers. That's via USB mtp connection. Is kdeconnect using kio-mtp ? Just thinking out loud. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 356479] plasmashell uses 100% CPU when there is an animation in the task bar
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356479 --- Comment #104 from Piotr Kloc <pepk...@gmail.com> --- (In reply to Lindsay Roberts from comment #91) > For all those playing at home, the change in > https://phabricator.kde.org/D2986 has now been committed. This makes the > changes I suggested above as well as completely removing the code identified > in the perf traces. > > Anyone willing to test master to help confirm the fix and it's lack of side > effects is extremely welcome. I have recompiled plasmashell with this patch. Now when copying files plasmashell is not exceeding 4% CPU. When connecting with Wifi network it jumps to 7% for a second. Much better than 25% making cpu fan go crazy. 5.8.4 on Arch I hope there are no side effects. Please backport it to 5.8 if possible. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[plasmashell] [Bug 373346] Image thumbnails on desktop are squished. Should keep proportions.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=373346 --- Comment #1 from Piotr Kloc <pepk...@gmail.com> --- Created attachment 102675 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=102675=edit Screenshot showing what I mean. [plasmashell] [Bug 373346] New: Image thumbnails on desktop are squished. Should keep proportions.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=373346 Bug ID: 373346 Summary: Image thumbnails on desktop are squished. Should keep proportions. Product: plasmashell Version: 5.8.4 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: Desktop Containment Assignee: se...@kde.org Reporter: pepk...@gmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 Image thumbnails on desktop don't keep their aspect ratio. When viewing Desktop in Dolphin everything is fine. It's tripping my OCD quite much. Especially when image on desktop is showing someone's face. Changing icon size is not fixing this issue. Reproduced on two different PCs. Steps to reproduce: 1. Enable folder view (icons on whole desktop area) 2. Copy some images to desktop, say someone's selfie 3. Watch their face get squished on thumbnail Reproduced with jpeg. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[plasmashell] [Bug 372951] New: Plasmoids change position after resolution is restored
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=372951 Bug ID: 372951 Summary: Plasmoids change position after resolution is restored Product: plasmashell Version: 5.8.4 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk Reporter: pepk...@gmail.com CC: bhus...@gmail.com, plasma-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: 1.0 When launching some game for the first time it sets lower resolution than native. For example 1024x760 instead of say 1920x1080. If at native resolution there is a plasmoid at right upper corner, it will be adjusted accordingly for lower resolution. However, if native resolution is restored, plasmoid will land at the center of the screen. You might say, it's problem with game, relic from older days. Maybe, but there are far too many titles that do that at first run. Even some 2016 games.
