Confirm. Issue disappeared.
I tested with monitor connected directly by HDMI and by HDMI located in my USB
Hub. In both cases monitor didn't turn off during Plasma booting.

Please notice that fullscreen doesn't completely work for wayland session with
version 1.4 of mplayer.
And smplayer crashes, probably because of old version of mplayer.
