Can confirm.
Neon installer, english version (location: slovenia, keyboard: slovenian),
latest (downloaded today) installed using USB.
Installer crashes when installing language packs.
Can't report from installer as anything I try to open also crashes. The entire
live cd seems to be extremly unstable as it freezes after every step of the
installer.
