Notification Popups can be larger than the screen. In this case the close
button is out of the screen (and clickable) are. If the notification is
scheduled to stay. There is no way to get rid of the notification, than
re-logging in.
I have attached an example screenshot with a popup message from kmail.
Solution: If the notification is to large, it should add a scroll pane or
something similar.
