You're right, Use custom colours option wasn't enabled for me up till now.
I've checked it and the folders turned red. Although this default red is very
similar to the colour of 'Broken accont',

KColorScheme and there is just one red.

Using the exact same versions I have no issues accessing my calendar, and
editing contacts.
Have you used the wizard when creating the resource or have you configured the

Same here. In place of the message body can be seen a KMail is currently in
offline mode. Click here to go online . . . notification but Work offline
option in File menu means that KMail is not

Sometimes. Most often, restarting akonadi fixes it.
I think this happens during updating trouble. I believe that my webdav
resources are still not kept in any stable manner by akonadi, they loose
