There were multiple instances of Local Folders, Personal Calendar, and Personal
Contacts. After removing redundant instances everything seems to work fine.

I found that sometimes, kmail2 with pop3 removes some headers of content of the
messages
Also explains how I have so many duplicates .
So kmail just eat some content , could be spamassassin ? etc

I just noticed that if i open akonadiconsole and on the browser tab if i select
the corrupted inbox folder, akonadiconsole starts consuming loads of RAM and
keeps growing. It consumed
