I have never used the AdBlock function either so that is not what is causing
the performance problem. It is quite clear that it is related to totally html
mail e.g newsletters

The problem with gmail is that it's CONDSTORE support is broken (I think it
was something with the tag folders?), and we therefore have to fetch all

If I create a KNote with Kontact/KMail not running, save/close KNotes and then
launch Kontact/KMail and click on Popup Notes, the note created with KNotes is
shown and editable.

If KNotes is not running and I create a Popup Notes in Kontact/KMail and then
quite Kontact/Kmail, launching KNotes sees/presents the Popup Note created in
Kontact/KMail.
