Update to my comment 6: filtering works for me when the default from all
accounts is selected only because filtering is only being applied to the Local

One of the secondary effects is SPAM, filters doesn't work as expect (And

After a reset seems things are working more or less ...
Some filter rules seems just effective works after, log out and log in a kdm
session.

I can confirm that this is still a problem with 4.9.2 and master.
I was looking at the code and it seems that the problem may even be in the
akonadi code that performs the search.

- Searching for a specific message status like Important only ever returns
the unread messages.
