Here is a patch for you to test and see if that helps.
I tried that patch against 4.9.3 and the results are funny:
- ownCloud 4.5.5 (SabreDAV 1.6.4) lists only

I have now removed all 2 addressbooks, re-added them again.
With akonadiconsole I saw that akonadi_nepomuk_feeder was not running, which
I then restarted from here and waited until it says Indexing
