Yes, there is no way to select multiple as far as I know, I can only click on
one or use right-click to save all attachments somewhere.
Save is not open, will not concern only images

I have the same error message. On my computer, it appears when syncing a CalDAV
calendar.
Deleting and creating the resource again doesn't solve the issue.
