I _do_ see both users in the combobox, but the default is the [develop] user.
Interestingly, I see three options - two Marcus Harrison options with the two
different E-mail addresses I have set up

Marcus Harrison [mharrison]
Marcus Harrison (Development) [develop]
I'm logged in to the mharrison account.
In System Settings --> Account Details, I have them each
set up with a different E-mail address.
In KMail in mharrison, I have both E-mail addresses set up

I'm not able to reproduce this any more either. If I find a failing E-mail I'll

I have just tested this in KMail 4.14.10 from Fedora RPM packages.
