Old holiday calendar by some Ubuntu rs member.

Hi, I would like to add holiday for Serbia in KDE calendar. I read directions
from http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=67&t=90320#p170820 (bit old post I
know).
Here is a link from one of Serbian government's websites with complete
calendar:
http://www.minrzs.gov.rs/cms/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=336
Unfortunately, there is no English version on the website. What also is missing
are Ortodox holidays when people who celebrate it have day off:
http://sr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A1%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%BA_%D0%BA%D1%80%D1%81%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%85_%D1%81%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%B0

I m here to help out in translation and whatever it needs to get Serbian
calendar into KDE.

Here is also one holiday calendar that one member of Ubuntu Serbia made back in
2010. Might be helpful so I am adding it in attach.

I am not sure if the format is same so I didn't edit it without consulting
here. Serbia uses Cyrillic (official) and Latin.
