When selecting "html" in the dialog, it only displays text (or the html source
code, when there is no text in mime), when selecting "text only", html gets
displayed...
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an email address to kaddressbook that sends html emails
2. select "Bevorzugte Nachrichten im Format - HTML" (German version of
preferred format)
3. Click ok and reload message.
Actual Results:
only text is displayed (or html source code)
Expected Results:
html should be displayed
