Its more likely that its the PDF or format which is causing the problem. Can
you open email from CLI and open the newsletter then paste the output from that
as well please it may add extra information.

The newsletter unfortunately quite prominently displays the text "CONFIDENTIAL
& RESTRICTED", and the newsletter in addition has a PDF attached. I can try to
sanitize the text in the newsletter and the PDF if that
