Fine with turning this on, though it does open up some dependent config
options. CONFIG_INTERRUPT_CNT at the minimum needs to be set.

Right, INFINIBAND_I40IW does not exist anymore in the Kconfigs and Makefiles,
so this is just a cleanup of redhat/configs.
