My analysis based on public information is that 31bit binaries that are
compiled against glibc 2.31 or earlier might be affected. Something like
db2 version 9.7, 31bit s390 edition of it. Which is well out of support,
and not sure if it was ever possible to run on Ubuntu.

Packages website is unable to search and list things for kernels. This
is because we have too many kernels of similar names with too many
files.
If you navigate to Linux, a given release, given binary name, and check
file listing you will see correct data.
