Sorry, I verified my original test case when 5.15.0-97.107 was made
available in jammy-updates a few days ago, but this new failure was only
caught by a CI job recently after new Ubuntu images became available.

Hello. looks like i found a workaround.
The nvidia GPU can be in different states - D3cold, D0, D3hot.
I randomly noticed, that if I keep the nvidia GPU in D0 state (just by
opening the nvidia-settings panel on the PowerMizer tab) -
freezes/stutters gone.

Drop the internal checks on the kernel ABI, module lists, et al. These
checks are now applied after the fact by the workflow manager. This
allows us to validate change after the builds complete so we do no waste
builds which were correct but not annotated at upload time.
On Monday we're supposed to release this. This feedback would have been crucial
1-2 weeks before.
Plus, we already started the next releases..
I'll try to prioritize this, but it's very late to be included in the
next releases (I'll probably respin)
