[libreoffice-l10n] Adding Central Kurdish Dictionary for LO

Hey How i can create a dictionary for central kurdish(ckb)? which doesn't have it now, any instructions or help? I have Central Kurdish worldlist.txt already. Used OXttools but libreoffice doesn't merge it to central kurdish language, it behaves like it's another language. Best Regards. Jwtiyar
